1. Agreement Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Auto Hail Specialist (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) to the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By engaging with Auto Hail Specialist, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Auto Hail Specialist provides vehicle repair services related to hail damage. The scope of work will be clearly outlined and agreed upon prior to any repairs. In most cases, payment is handled directly through your auto insurance provider.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure timely and quality service, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your vehicle and its condition.

Make the vehicle available for inspection and/or repair as scheduled.

Respond promptly to communications regarding your service or insurance claim.

Cooperate with any necessary steps involving your insurance provider.

4. Limitations & Liability

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee any specific outcome beyond what is reasonable for hail repair work.

Auto Hail Specialist is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, loss of use, or any indirect costs.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the services provided.

5. Cancellations & Termination

You may cancel service with 24 hours' notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time for any reason.

If services are terminated after work has begun, your insurance provider may be billed for the portion of work completed.

6. Confidentiality

Any non-public information shared by Auto Hail Specialist (e.g., pricing, processes, or business operations) is confidential and may not be shared without our written consent.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain issues, or government actions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal matters must be brought in the courts located in Orange County, California.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.
